BC2 Bakery in Mendota Heights Has Shut Its Doors
Bread, Coffee and Cake survived a falling boulder but now has closed, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reported.
BC2, also known as Bread, Coffee and Cake, is no more, according to an article by the St. Paul Pioneer Press, which also quoted from a message posted at the Mendota Heights bakery's website:
"Bread, Coffee and Cake, the little West Side bakery and cafe that was flattened by a boulder and rose again in Mendota Heights, has apparently closed for good. ...
"'We're sorry to say that (Bread, Coffee and Cake) is now permanently closed. The cost of doing business has become unmanageable. Thank you for your business and support.'"
