YOU ARE INVITED TO HAIKU JAPANESE BISTRO’S GRAND OPENING

ST. PAUL, Minn., May 28, 2013 – St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises, a leading developer and manager of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, welcomes Haiku Japanese Bistro to Mendota Plaza in Mendota Heights, Minn today. Paster Enterprises President, Howard Paster, made the announcement.

Haiku is a traditional Japanese restaurant that serves a superb selection of fresh and savory seafood, sushi and hibachi. The restaurant features a large sushi bar for those who wish to watch their sushi prepared before them, as well as a full bar serving wine, beer, sake and other delicious drinks.

Haiku’s grand opening celebration will be held on Friday, May 31 at 11 a.m. A sampling of sushi rolls and appetizers as well as cake will be provided during the ribbon cutting ceremony. Haiku will be offering a 20 percent discount on purchases made between May 31 and June 7. This event is open to the public.

Haiku will be occupying 2,856 square feet of retail space at 754 Highway 110 in Mendota Plaza, which is located in Mendota Heights on the corner of Highway 110 and Dodd Road. The restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 – 11 p.m. pm on Friday, 12 p.m. – 11 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. – 10 p.m. on Sunday.
