Tom Marver, Neighbor

A native of Saint Paul, Minnesota, Tom Marver now lives in Mendota Heights.  He graduated high school from Saint Paul Academy and received his BA degree in Chinese philosophy and political science from New York University.  He has worked previously as a financial and budget analyst for H. B. Fuller Company and in different positions with the City of Saint Paul, including the Mayor’s office.  Currently he works as a political consultant specializing in opposition research.
