Tornadoes Hit Too Fast For Warning Sirens, Weather Service Says
The two twisters that hit Eagan and Burnsville in a rare, late-season storm were only on the ground for minutes, and the National Weather Service didn't have enough time to sound sirens, according to a KSTP report.
