Predatory Offender Accused of Living in IGH, West St. Paul Without Notifying Authorities

Jennifer Marie Vanwagner of West St. Paul was convicted of third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a juvenile male in Chisago County.

On Monday night, Jennifer Marie Vanwagner of West St. Paul was being boarded on $30,000 bail in the Ramsey County Jail. Vanwagner—also known as Jennifer Marie Hultman—was charged in Dakota County on Dec. 7 with one count of felony failure to registered as a predatory offender. If convicted, she could be punished by between one year and one day to five years in jail and a fine of between $3,000 and $10,000.
