MN BLIZZARD: 10 Inches Predicted as Snow Blankets Mendota Heights

Mendota Heights has declared a snow emergency and the National Weather Service is describing the storm as "blizzard conditions." How deep is the snow where you are?

The Twin Cities is currently in the grips of the biggest snow storm in two years, and some places, the National Weather Services says, could get more than 15 inches of snow before it's all said and done. This weekend's snowfall has certainly exceeded expectations, with the National Weather Service calling it the biggest snow storm in two years. A winter storm warning remains in effect until midnight Sunday, Dec. 9, for Mendota Heights and much of Minnesota. Forecasters predict as many as 10 inches of snow could fall across the area on Sunday afternoon, with an additional two to four inches of snow possible during the overnight hours.
