Minute with the Mayor: Lilydale Senior Living

The Lilydale Senior Living facility held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday afternoon.

Mayor Anita Pampusch talks about the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Lilydale Senior Living facility and the construction of the The Villas of Lilydale. Lilydale Senior Living will offer assisted living services to senior residents, and The Villas of Lilydale will offer independent living apartments predominantly for the 55+ crowd.

Minute with the Mayor: Bluff Management Forum

The City of Lilydale will host a forum to discuss bluff management issues on June 25.

Anita Pampusch, mayor of Lilydale, provides the details regarding an upcoming public forum to address bluff management in this week's Minute with the Mayor. The forum will take place at 7 p.m. on June 25 at Lilydale City Hall. Representatives from the Department of Natural Resources, the Department of Transportation and the Dakota County Parks Department will be on hand to answer questions, as will city engineer Jeff Weiss. Minute with the Mayor: State Shutdown Impact in Lilydale, July City Council Public Hearings

Mayor Anita Pampusch gives an update on Lilydale city business.

Lilydale Mayor Anita Pampusch reports that the city will be minimally affected by the state shutdown. However, a project scheduled to begin in July to install stoplights at Highway 13 and Interstate 35E will be delayed until MnDOT is back and running again. Pampusch also invites residents to the July 11 city council meeting, 4:30 p.m. at City Hall, for two public hearings related to the Lilydale Tennis Club site development plans.
