Mendota Heights City Council Meeting: Water Quality Report and Adult Daycare

The council considered granting a conditional use permit for an adult daycare facility at 1385 Mendota Heights Road.

I would like to know what the city will do about replacing all the dead pine trees along Mendota Height's RD? I t breaks my heart every time I drive down that area. What will the city do about the other trees if this drought continues?   more ›

Mendota Heights City Council Agenda for September 18

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the Crown Point and Overlook Neighborhood Street Improvement Project.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 18 at Mendota Heights City Hall. On the scheduled consent agenda, council members will approve water service agreements for Lilydale Apartments, begin the recruitment and hiring process for seasonal employees, and approve a building permit for Convent of the Visitation School. On the regular agenda, the council will hear a presentations from District 197 superintendent Dr. Nancy Allen-Mastro and a presentation about the Dodd Road/Highway 110 improvement project. District 197 School Board Agenda for Sept. 5

The first meeting of the new school year takes on school board compensation and department staffing

The West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School Board will meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, September 5 at Mendota Heights City Hall.  Superintendent Dr. Nancy Allen-Mastro is scheduled to give her report, which will be followed by discussions regarding the district's lease with Apple, and a second reading of the the district's wellness program. The meeting will also cover issues related to school board compensation and Curriculum and Human Resources department staffing. Mendota Heights City Council Agenda for Sept. 4

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to review a deer management plan and the 2013 preliminary levy and budget hearing.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 4 at Mendota Heights City Hall. On the scheduled consent agenda, council members will discuss proposed approvals of repairs to the Par 3 Clubhouse roof and the skate park, as well as the approval of a temporary liquor license at the Church of St. Peter. On the regular agenda, the council will continue discussion relating to the previously proposed deer population management plan. The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to review a deer management plan.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21 at Mendota Heights City Hall. The meeting will be preceded by a workshop to discuss the 2013 budget. Settlement of an assessment appeal by a resident of Wagon Wheel Trail is included on the consent agenda. On the regular agenda, the council will be reviewing the bond sale for 2012 street improvement projects. Relocation of a portion of Interstate Valley View Trail northeaast of Highway 110 and Dodd Road onto public land is set to be reviewed. Mendota Heights City Council Agenda For Aug. 7

Traffic safety committee recommendations are scheduled to be approved.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 7 at Mendota Heights City Hall. The meeting will begin an hour later than usual to accomodate Night to Unite events in the city.  On the consent agenda, the council is expected to accept a feasibility report for the Crown Point Drive and Overlook Road neighborhood street rehabilitation project. A public hearing will be scheduled for the projects.  The council wil be reviewing a number of recommendations from the traffic safety committee. District 197 School Board Agenda for Aug. 6

The West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School Board is set to approve borrowing to cover state aid shifts.

The West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School Board is scheduled to meet 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6 at Mendota Heights City Hall. A listening session is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the conference room for anyone from the public who would like to talk with board members. The council will hold a work session at 6 p.m. to review an ordinance request for Rogers Lake residents.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday July 17 at Mendota Heights City Hall. The meeting is scheduled to be preceded by a work session to discuss an ordinance allowing electric motors onto Rogers Lake. The consent agenda for the council meeting includes cancellation of the Aug. 14 parks and recreation commission meeting due to primary elections.
