Joseph John Gallahue was being held in the county jail on $150,000 bail Thursday night. Gallahue allegedly was holed up with a gun in an Inver Grove Heights home on Dec. 28. A SWAT team ended the standoff when it entered the home and apprehended Gallahue. Reports said police believed Gallahue possibly was suicidal during the standoff. Update, 5:10 p.m.: About six hours after police first arrived at an Inver Grove Heights home, a standoff with an armed, possibly suicidal, man has been resolved, according to police scanner reports.
