Lilydale Regional Park is located in Lilydale, MN, but is owned and operated by the city of St. Paul. Its borders…More fall in both Dakota and Ramsey counties.
The park was once the site of the old city of Lilydale before flooding forced citizens to relocate to the bluffs.
In 2011, the park underwent environmental cleanup, and a master plan for the park was developed to provide amenities and enhance the park's undeveloped features.
In addition to Pickerel Lake, the park's amenities include fossil grounds at the site of a former brickyard and a boat launch into the Mississippi River. Ice climbing on the cliffs and fossil collecting are allowable by permit only.
Lilydale Regional is adjacent to St. Paul's Cherokee Regional Park.
