UPDATE: One St. Louis Park elementary schooler is dead and another two are seriously injured after they were involved in a tragic accident at Lilydale Regional Park on Wednesday afternoon. A fourth student is missing, according to St. Paul Fire Department Public Information Officer Steve Zaccard.
