The South St. Paul, Inver Grove Heights and West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan school districts jointly operate their community education program through this organization. The TriDistrict Community Education (TCE) programming offers learning for all ages. Pre-natal parent classes, early childhood education and screening, and preschool target the youngest learners in the community. Children in school can participate in before and after school programs as well as programming on the weekends and during the summer. TCE also provides a host of classes for adults, including basic education, fitness, senior socials and art classes.
