St. Thomas Academy Football Blanks Henry Sibley

The Cadets football team handily defeated the Warriors Wednesday night at Charles Matson Field. STA quarterback John Gould threw for three first-half touchdowns, two of them to wide receiver Teddy Andrews. The Cadets led by 35 at the break. The second half was much of the same as St. Thomas Academy went on to defeat the Sibley Warriors by a final of 54-0. Wednesday night was the end of the regular season for Minnesota high school football. Teams will prepare for the playoffs next week.
