Home School Program: Hibernate, Migrate, or Stay

Winter is on its way once again and Minnesota’s wildlife is preparing for the change to come.  Spend the afternoon with Dodge naturalists as we discover how different animals get ready for the winter.  Meet one of the nature center’s wild residents and find out how this critter will make it to spring!

Dodge Nature Center is offering regular programming designed specifically for home school students.  Home school children and their families are invited out to the nature center on specified Thursdays throughout the year to explore a variety of natural phenomena.  Pre-registration is required. A parent or guardian is required to stay with the students.
