Cliff Timm Memorial Fishing Derby

Bring your fishin' pole and come on down to the Roger's Lake fishing pier to try to catch the big one!  No experience or MN fishing license needed (as long as the child is the one fishing!)  Just bring your own pole and a pail (to keep your fish alive)  and we will supply corn or worms.

  • Each participant will receive their own tackle box filled with goodies
  • Hands-on activities from Sea World Aquarium
  • See live fish up-close from the MN DNR fish tank aquarium
  • Trophies and prizes will be awarded
  • Two grand prizes (drawing) include a Lifetime MN Fishing License and a half day fishing excursion on the St. Croix for 3 people courtesy of fishing pro Kenny O
  • Casting contest
  • Refreshments courtesy of Fischerville Coffee Shop
