Don’t lose the running mojo you worked hard to build all summer! Participate in the best winter races in the Twin Cities. The 5k and 10k courses are USATF-certified and chip timed, perfect for serious runners who want to beat their own personal best time as well as those who are running their first race.
More than 500 runners of all ages and abilities, along with Race Grand Marshal Sven Sundgaard, KARE-11 meteorologist, will dash to the finish on scenic courses along the Mississippi River.
Maccabee Mini Mile heats begin at noon on St. Paul Avenue in front of the JCC.
10k run begins at 12:30 pm at the St. Paul JCC.
5k run/walk begins at 1:15 pm at Temple of Aaron, 616 Mississippi River Blvd., St. Paul and ends at the St. Paul JCC.
Post Dash Bash and family concert begins at 2 pm at the St. Paul JCC
