Robettes Make Semi-Finals at Regional Competition
Visitation's robotics team defended their status as regional champions last Saturday.
The Robettes, the FIRST Robotics team, finished as semi-finalists at the North Star Regional Competition at the University of Minnesota's Mariucci Arena on Saturday.
The team, who were regional champions last year, experienced a win in the quarter-finals before losing to the top-seeded alliance in the semi-finals.
The Robettes also received the Imagery Award and the Judges Award.

"I think they can be really, really proud of their performance in the competition today," said Melissa Murray, who teaches science at Visitation and mentors the Robettes.
