MasterChef to Hold Open Casting Call in Mendota Heights

Accomplished chefs, aspiring gourmands and perennial champions of neighborhood bakeoffs: This Saturday could be your chance to parlay your family recipe into national fame.

MasterChef with Gordon Ramsey will be holding open casting calls for its fourth season at Le Cordon Bleu's Mendota Heights location at 1315 Mendota Heights Road.

All you have to do is show up between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. with a prepared dish and a completed application form.

You MUST bring one prepared dish to be served to the food judges.  You will be given a few minutes to plate your dish at the given casting location, but there will not be a kitchen to cook or warm it up so come prepared!  Don't forget to download the application below and bring it with you to the open call.  Check the FAQs LINK (frequently asked questions) on the homepage for additional casting questions.  We can't wait to meet you!

1. Pre-register your profile and pick your open call location in advance (PRE-REGISTER HERE). 

2. Download the application form HERE and bring it with you to an open call.

3. Bring your food/ingredients to be finished and plated once you enter the audition room.  NOTE: There will NOT BE a kitchen to cook or warm up your dish so come prepared!
