District 197 School Board Agenda for Feb. 21

The board will be meeting on Tuesday this week due to the holiday.

The West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School Board is scheduled to meet at 5 p.m., Tuesday Feb. 21 at Henry Sibley High School, room A241.

The Tuesday meeting accomodates Presidents Day on Monday.

School Exec Connect consultants Ken Dragseth and Toni Johns are scheduled to present their profile of a new superintendent in the district. The profile has been developed from a series of public input initiatives, including an online survey, focus groups and a public meeting.

Interim Superintendent Tom Nelson is scheduled to present recommendations from the district's Music Task Force

Reports to the board listed on the agenda include an integration presentation by Pilot Knob Principal Tom Benson, further information on MCA results and information on innovation grant spending, both scheduled to be presented by Jean Menard, executive director of curriculum and staff development.

In official business, the board is expected to accept gifts to the district from Nancy Karth, Karen Booth and Wells Fargo.
