Lilydale's new city administrator is settling in at , while across Interstate 35E, construction at Lilydale Senior Living is moving along smoothly due to the temperate winter thus far. Lilydale Building Inspector David Neameyer told the council Jan. 9 that he wasn't sure if they were ahead of schedule, "but the guys sure like it. You can work a lot faster and don’t have to fight the elements, that’s for sure."
