Mendota Heights City Council Agenda and Goal-Setting Agenda for Feb. 8-9

Discussion of a commercial property maintenance ordinance is on the council's agenda for Wednesday night, while Thursday morning the council is scheduled to hash out 2012 goals.

The Mendota Heights City Council is schedule to meet at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 8 at . 

The meeting is being held on a Wednesday to accomodate Tuesday night's caucuses. (see attached pdf)

On Wednesday's consent agenda, the council is expected to approve a $10,000 order to Great River Greening for invasive plant removal at .

Outgoing city commission members will be recognized.

Discussion of a draft commercial property maintenance ordinance is on the list of new or continued business.

Also in new and continued business is discussion of a variance to install a non-illuminated Warriors logo and "Henry Sibley Warriors" sign along to better identify itself to traffic.

Goal-Setting Scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday

The goal-setting session includes discussion of potential objectives for various departments of the city, including planning for the 25th Anniversary Parks Celebration, a review of the city's infrastructure management plan, a social host ordinance and deer management.
