Mendota Heights City Council Agenda for April 3

Linder's Flower Mart is expected to be approved for its annual location at the Plaza.

The Mendota Heights City Council is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m., Tuesday April 3 at .

On the consent agenda, the council is expected to start the search for a new city clerk after accepting the .

Approval of the 2012 management contract with Great River Greening is also up for review.

The council is also expected to approve sending a letter to Mendota Heights legislators recommending that be maintained as a thoroughfare when the Minnesota Department of Transportation vacates the roadway. 

In new business, the council will review plans for the Linder's Flower Mart to set up shop at the Plaza.

The council will also review language to allow institutions to build small accessory structures that would otherwise be limited by residential zoning requirements. 

The meeting will finish with a closed session to discuss litigation between the city and a couple that lives on Wagon Wheel Trail.
