The Physical Development Committee of the Whole reviews matters of business from the Physical Development Division. All seven county commissioners are members of this committee. This committee considers policy decisions concerning development, regulation, preservation, and management of the land, water, parks, and roads and highways.
Some of the program areas addressed by this committee are: environmental management; farmland and natural areas protection; geographic information systems (GIS); parks; planning; roads and highways.
