At least two children are trapped under a pile of sand at Lilydale Regional Park, according to a Pioneer Press article by John Brewer.

From the article:

A large number of police and firefighters responded to the scene, located near the intersection of Cherokee Heights Boulevard and Annapolis Street. Firefighters could be seen running to the scene with shovels.
