Mendota Heights PD: Man Exposed Himself to Woman in Wentworth Park

The incident happened just before 6:30 a.m. No arrests have been made.

An unidentified man exposed himself to a woman who was walking her dog this morning in Mendota Heights’ Wentworth Park, according to a report made to the Mendota Heights Police Department.

No arrests have been made in the incident, which happened just before 6:30 a.m., according to Sgt. Neil Garlock.

The woman told police that she was walking her dog when a man got out of his parked truck, pulled down his pants and began to masturbate in front of her.

Another man nearby heard the woman screaming and ran to her aid, at which point the man jumped back into his pickup and drove away.

The culprit is described as a white male, about 5-foot-8, with a medium build. His vehicle was described as pewter-colored, either a GMC or Chevrolet pickup truck, with a ladder rack on the back. He was wearing khaki-colored shorts at the time of the incident, Garlock said.

Neither the woman nor the man who came to her aid were able to record the man’s license number.
