Nov. 21

A business on Commerce Drive reported that a job applicant who was turned down for a position had begun to call and harass employees over the matter.

A forced-entry burglary was reported at . No suspect information was available.

Witnesses told police that a woman waving down traffic on Dodd Road had been forcibly pulled from the driver’s seat of a car in a domestic assault situation. A male suspect was found and arrested.

Nov. 19

A five-gallon gas can was reported stolen from a garage on the 1200 block of Delaware Avenue.

Two individuals parked at were cited for possession of marijuana.

A resident on the 1000 block of Douglas Road reported that a vehicle slid off the road, damaged a fence, and then drove off. A neighbor was able to provide a license plate number for the driver.

A wallet and cash were reported missing from the 900 block of Highview Circle North.

Two students were reported for smoking pot in a music practice room. One was in possession of tobacco.

A thief entered an unlocked car on the 1800 block of Orchard Hill and stole a laptop, backpack and gift card. The backpack was later found abandoned on Hunter Lane.

Nov. 13

Police were called to check the welfare of a woman sleeping in a car on the 1300 block of Mendota Heights Road. The car was running and still in drive. The woman was taken to detox.

A water main break was reported at a vacant home on the 1100 block of Highway 13.

Two Henry Sibley students were cited for disorderly conduct after a fight was reported.

A  burglary was reported on the 1800 block of Summit Lane. The residents were not home when the burglary occurred.

A speeding driver pulled over on Highway 13 was arrested for drunk driving.

A Friendly Hills Middle School student was reported for smoking cigarettes in the girl's locker room.

Nov. 7

A vehicle was broken into at . A purse was reported stolen.

Nov. 6

A driver stopped on Highway 13 for expired tabs appeared intoxicated. After failing all field sobriety tests, the driver was taken to jail.

Employees of on Mendota Heights Road called police to report a drunk driver passed out in his car, snoozing at a pump.

A driver with a warrant out of Blue Earth County was caught when their vehicle broke down and started smoking on Highway 110.

A Mendota Heights resident reported a check written for $2 had been altered to say $2,000.

A stolen vehicle was found in the parking lot of the Hotel.

Police were called to Twin Circle Drive for a woman who had no money to pay her cab fare. Police searched the woman and found narcotics.
