A woman reported harassing phone calls from her ex-boyfriend. The suspect was advised to stop calling.

A suspect wanted in connection with criminal sexual conduct by the West St. Paul Police Department was arrested in the parking lot of . The suspect was then transported to West St. Paul.

Police were dispatched to assist the West St. Paul Police Department with a large group argument outside a local bar on the 900 block of Robert Street. While en route, police were informed shots had been fired. Police assisted the WSSPD with a felony stop, crime scene preservation and taking statements.

Police responded to a residential burglary alarm on the 1900 block of Glenhill Road. Pry marks were found on the rear door, but entry was unsuccessful. The homeowners were notified.

The wallet, identification, credit cards and jewelry were stolen from the bag of an employee at . The credit cards were used.

May 22

A burglary occurred on the 1800 block of Dodd Road while the homeowners were at work. Several electronics and jewelry items were stolen. The Minneapolis Crime Lab assisted in locating and documenting potential evidence.

A purse and a cell phone were reported stolen from a locked vehicle at the . The driver’s window of the vehicle was shattered.

May 21

A vehicle traveling north on the 1900 block of Warrior Drive was struck by a vehicle pulling out onto Warrior Drive from the east side. One vehicle was towed and the other was driven from the scene. Both vehicles were damaged. No citations were issued.

Police responded to a possible burglary on the 600 block of Hidden Creek Trail. When they arrived, they found a drunken man in the backyard. The man thought he was at his friend’s residence. He was cited for disorderly conduct and minor consumption and transported to the Ramsey County Detox Facility.

A woman was suspected of stealing several small items from . She was warned that if she returned to the store, the police would be called.

Police responded to a verbal disagreement on the 2300 block of Lexington Avenue. Both parties agreed to stay apart for the night and were given resource cards.

May 20

A juvenile driver was stopped in the 2300 block of Lemay Lake Road, where he was warned for having an expired registration and cited for no proof of insurance. The vehicle was registered to his father. The case number was pulled, due to the driver's juvenile status.

May 19

An intoxicated woman exited at closing time and walked to her vehicle, before publicly urinating. She was cited for indecent exposure.

May 18

Two slanderous emails were sent to the headmaster of and four students.

Police met with a site foreman who reported overnight damage to a construction site on the 900 block of Highway 13.

A gas drive-off took place at the . Video surveillance was obtained of the suspected vehicle, which drove south on Interstate 35. Citations were mailed to the vehicle owner and suspect.

May 17

A man who was reported to be yelling in the yard of a resident on the 300 block of G Street was cited for disorderly conduct and taken to the Ramsey County Detox Facility. The police had had previous contact with the man while attempting to pick him up on warrant.

A dog bit a man while he was retrieving the morning paper on the 1600 block of Dodd Road. The dog owner stated that he will bring the dog to the police department to be quarantined.
