A witness reported seeing mail stolen from a home on the 2300 block of Dodd Road. Police were not able to find the suspect’s vehicle.

A driver was stopped for an equipment violation off of Northland Drive. The driver had a suspended license and received an underage drinking citation as well. He was released to the person he had been on his way to pick up.

Two locations in Mendota Heights, one location in Mendota and one location in Lilydale failed a mandatory compliance check by selling alcohol to a minor.

A driver seen leaving a bar on Highway 13 was pulled over after repeatedly crossing the fog line. A preliminary breath test measured a blood alcohol concentration of .259. The driver had a previous DWI conviction on their record.

A man allowing his dogs to run unleashed at after hours became irate and uncooperative when police approached him. The man, who was waiving a plastic bag of dog feces, refused to provide any identification or follow instructions, and was subsequently arrested.

A car break-in was reported at the Stonebridge parking lot. The thief broke a window and stole several items from the passenger seat. 

A driver speeding on Highway 13 was pulled over and found to have been drinking. The driver failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Police responded to a mental health crisis call on the 2400 block of Lexington Avenue. An intoxicated woman was taken to the hospital.

A driver pulled over for speeding on Annapolis smelled of alcohol. The driver failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.

Nov. 26

A burglary was reported on the 800 block of Highway 13 after broken glass was found by a house cleaner. Nothing appeared to have been taken.

Mail was reported stolen from a mailbox on the 500 block of Hiawatha Avenue.

A fight broke out in the parking lot of . Two men were issued citations.

Nov. 23

A chow chow dog described as large and black was found running on Highway 13. MHPD transported the dog to 4 Paws Animal Control. The dog had no registration tabs, but did have a collar.
