An officer on patrol came across a vehicle that had driven into a utility pole near Garden Lane and Highway 13 causing an outage. The driver admitted to drinking, but refused field sobriety or a breath test and was arrested.

A cash box was reported stolen from in Lilydale.

Oct. 5

Police responded to a fight at where a woman was attacked in the bathroom by two other women, after which a male intervened and kicked a woman in the ribs.

A vehicle with a taillight out was stopped after taking several unnecessary turns. A passenger attempted to hide a bag of drugs and the car smelled like marijuana. A search turned up marijuana and a bottle of alcohol belonging to a minor.

A traffic stop on Highway 13  turned into an arrest after the registration and license checks turned up expired registration, revoked driver’s license, no insurance, impounded plates and a warrant out of Ramsey County.

A resident reported phone harassment from an ex-boyfriend and requested information on an order for protection. An officer called him to recommend he stop calling and texting the victim.

An employee’s cell phone was reported stolen from a shop at The Village. The phone was traced to White Bear Lake.

Sept. 30

A resident of Deer Trail Point reported a theft from an unlocked vehicle. Three credit cards and cash were reported missing, while keys and other valuables were left behind.

Sept. 29

An intoxicated woman was found shortly after midnight lying on the ground outside the . Due to her level of intoxication, she was sent to a local hospital.

A black and red 10-speed bike was found in the brush near Trail Road and Bachelor Avenue.

Sept. 28

An employee on the 2400 block of Lexington Avenue found a computer tower in the company dumpster.
