Michael Anthony Brooks of Lake City was charged with one count of felony auto theft. If convicted, he could be punished by up to five years in jail and a fine of between $3,000 and $10,000.

According to a Dakota County criminal complaint released last week:

Lake City Police informed Mendota Heights Police on Dec. 5 that Brooks allegedly would be driving to a Mendota Heights business that afternoon in a stolen 2001 Mercury Mountaineer to pick up his paycheck. The vehicle was reported stolen four days earlier.

We have eaten here twice now and both times, the food and service have been awesome! I'm a sushiRead More lover so I'm thrilled to have a Japanese restaurant so close to home. If you don't like sushi, there are lots of other options as well - the other night we tried the veggie gyoza appetizer and were really impressed!
