Town Square Television features Sgt. Neil Garlock in July's edition of "Insight 7."

has been organizing the since 2006, but his history with races, including marathons, dates back decades.

This former runner doesn't mind a little excess speed on the road when this annual event comes around.

"Insight 7" is the monthly news magazine show produced by Town Square Television, the Northern Dakota County cable access station.
