That's why you have to trust what I'm about tell you....

You actually don't need to join a gym to get the phenomenal, breakthrough results that you want.

Here is the equipment you are going to need:

1. Your body.

Whoa! What? That's it?

That's right! Don't believe me? Here is one workout to try. You'll see what I mean:

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:

Squats

Push-ups

Sit ups

(for an intermediate level, 40-30-20-10)

(for a beginner level, 30-20-10)

This means to complete 50 squats, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups (round 1), then 40 of each, etc. down to 10.  And don't forget to use your stopwatch! Stop reading and get after it!

Now that I have your attention....

I have one more workout for you to try.

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

10 Burpees

15 Situps
20m walking lunge

 

With workouts like these, using no equipment whatsoever, you will gain core stability, functional strength, and cardiovascular endurance.

In plain english, man....

We are talking about fitting into those sexy jeans, beating your friends in workouts, and generally looking good naked!

Here's what you need to do next to keep this fitness momentum going:

1) Find a watch, stopwatch, timer or clock.

2) Mix and match the movements above in an infinite number of ways.

3) Keep the workouts short and sweet. Get your blood pumping and break a sweat. No more than 20 minutes.

4) Enjoy your results!
