Ultan Duggan is running for Mayor of Mendota Heights, where he has lived for over 36 years.
I have known and worked in the community with Ultan for over 20 years. Ultan has repeatedly demonstrated that he cares deeply about our community and he has contributed his enthusiasm and leadership talents to many significant community issues and events.
Beyond this, I find that an even greater strength of Ultan's is in HOW he leads, not alone, but by working with and inspiring others to join him. This is the way to build community and get great things done together.
