Ultan Duggan is running for Mayor of Mendota Heights, where he has lived for over 36 years.
I have known and worked in the community with Ultan for over 20 years. Ultan has repeatedly demonstrated that he cares deeply about our community and he has contributed his enthusiasm and leadership talents to many significant community issues and events.
