"NOT ME!" Women's Assault Training & Self-Defense Class

A MUST FOR ALL COLLEGE BOUND GIRLS

1 in 4 women will face a sexual assault in their lifetime. That number increases to 1 in 3 during the college years. Our job is to not let you be one of those statistics.

“NOT ME!” was founded by former Navy SEAL Al Horner, and fine-tuned by team members who have survived assault, taught martial arts for 20+ years, and worked in sexual assault forensic nursing. Our unique training focuses on fact, prevention, empowerment and the commitment of four key defense moves to muscle memory.

"NOT ME!" has trained over 10,000 women through companies such as Wells Fargo, Thrivent Financial, General Mills, Medtronic, Piper Jaffray as well as schools, churches and private groups.

The primary focus of the training is prevention and awareness. Participants will learn the "who, what, when, where and how" assaults take place. They will also hear the tactics used during assaults so they can recognize the signs and get safe - FAST.

Participants will go 1-on-1 with a male or female instructor, or both depending on your comfort level. You will learn the physical techniques to escape if all prevention tactics have failed. This is not a "kick them in the nuts" or "check the backseat first" kind of class. That information is unreliable and outdated. This is an intense, true to life demonstration of how this stuff goes down. By the time you walk out the door, you will be living in a safer world, equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to not be 1 in 4.
