Candidate Profile: Dewayne Dill

Dewayne Dill is a candidate for re-election to the West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan School Board.

Four candidates are running in the District 197 (West St. Paul-Mendota Heights-Eagan) School Board Election this year. There are three open spots on the board.

Former CEO and President of Dalex Livestock Solutions, an agricultural software company with > 60% market share serving North American livestock feed industry.  Founder of the STRIDE Summit, Chair of a Haiti Dairy Development Project.

Small business owner, entrepreneur and technology professional

BS, MS and Ph.D. from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign

Do you have a spouse, children or any other family members you’d like to tell voters about?

5 children – all products of ISD 197.  Oldest 2 graduated from college, middle daughter enrolled in college, youngest son attends Henry Sibley HS and youngest daughter attends Heritage eSTEM.

What issues are you most focused on?

Executing our strategic plan, assuring measurable, expected growth for all students.
