Sold: Two High-End Homes Sell in Mendota Heights Area

The higher the price, the longer on the market.

In the current Minnesota housing market, higher-priced homes such as these in Lilydale and Mendota Heights often take longer to sell than starter homes. But, for the person looking to move up, these are opportunities to find beautiful and elegant homes and then negotiate on the price.

When negotiating for your dream home, come to the table with a reasonable offer.  While few homes are selling for list price, leave the low-ball offers (under list by more than 15 percent on high-end and 10 percent on lower-priced homes) for investment properties or foreclosures.

Here are two homes that closed during the last (short) week.
