Sold: Seasonal Activity Levels Out in Mendota Heights
Housing market seasons no longer apply in Mendota Heights.
Back in the olden days—five years ago—the real estate market had a timetable you could count on.
The busy spring market began on the day after the Super Bowl. Buying and selling slowed considerably after Independence Day and a second wave of house hunting began in the fall just after Labor Day. That fall flurry gradually slowed until Thanksgiving, after which only diehard buyers would be looking at homes.
No longer.
