Sold: One Home Changes Hands in Mendota Heights
Summer may not be enough to encourage skittish buyers.
The molasses-in-winter real estate market continues in the Mendota Heights area. Summer sales should increase closings, but last week only home changed hands in Mendota Heights. The only statistic reflected with this home closing is that Fridays remain the most popular day to close on a home. Buyers with homes that close on the 15th of the month or after usually don’t have to make their first mortgage payment until the end of the following month, leaving extra money for moving expenses.
