Sold: Holiday Slows Closings in Mendota Heights

One home changed hands in Mendota Heights last week.

That only one home closed in the Mendota Heights area last week does not indicate that home sales have slowed overall.

Instead, it reflects that no one in Minnesota wants to schedule a closing during the last week of summer.
