More animal judging is on the schedule for Wednesday at the Dakota County Fair, as are a decorated cupcake contest and baker's fan demonstrations. Stay into the evening for the 6 p.m. All-American Lumberjack show, and some "full-throttle rockin' country" at 7:30 p.m. by the Brian Gleason Band.
