Whiz Kid's Age: 17

Whiz Kid's School: Henry Sibley High School

Nominator's Name: Ann Henry (counselor)

Whiz Kid's Accomplishments: Will was recently announced as a 2011 National Merit Scholar Competition finalist. He has aced five AP tests as of last fall, and participates in Henry Sibley tennis and math teams. Will also takes advanced learning courses through the University of Minnesota in French and math.

Whiz Kid's Key to Awesomeness:  Will has a passion for learning and is diligent in his school work. He seeks out challenges daily. His French teacher has reported that Will can hear something once, understand it, and then apply that concept to other situations and subsequently teach himself 10 different things.
