MnDOT: Mendota Bridge Lane Closures Continue

Work expected to finish Friday afternoon should be complete by Tuesday.

Lane closures on Mendota Bridge are expected to continue through Tuesday, Aug. 30, according to the Minnesota Department of Transportation.

Both lanes in each direction were expected to be open Friday afternoon, however,  “materials delays” have pushed that completion day out, said MnDOT in a statement.

Lanes of westbound Mendota Bridge are scheduled to open by the start of Monday’s rush hour (Aug. 29). The eastbound lanes are scheduled to open before afternoon rush hour on Tuesday.
