House Hunt: Find Great Homes in Mendota Heights Without Breaking the Bank
It's still a buyer's market.
While Mendota Heights is generally known for higher-priced homes, there are a number of single-family homes currently on the market priced between $200,000 and $325,000. While prices are lower in many communities, the state home price average between September and March was just above $220,000.
Some of these homes were previously listed at much higher prices, but sellers are lowering prices to attract buyers. There are very few bank-owned or short sales in Mendota Heights, attracting move-up buyers rather than investors or first-time buyers who are looking primarily for bargains.
This means that homes with lots of amenities are available for less that a year or two ago. The following homes are all priced below $325,000 and all are traditional sales.
