Bites Nearby: A Saucy, Southern Touch at Drac's Pub

For almost fifteen years, Mike C., aka "Angry Fry Chef," has been guiding from its humble origins as a glorified snack bar into a genuine Inver Grove Heights dining destination.

While the menu contains basics such as burgers, chicken and other sandwiches, they also are known for their lunch and dinner rib specials. 

Mike's Bourbon Burger, inspired by a trip last year to Missouri, has been giving the ribs a run for their money recently.

The Angry Fry Chef took some time to explain to Patch what makes the Bourbon Burger so special and so incredibly tasty.
