Construction of Lilydale Senior Living is well underway at the former Lilydale Tennis Club site. Now, developers are putting the finishing touches on plans for the second building on the site.
The Lilydale City Council approved their plans at their July meeting.
While Lilydale Senior Living will offer assisted living services to senior residents, The Villas of Lilydale will offer independent living apartments predominantly for the 55+ crowd. The building will provide river views, and developers say the exterior will tie the two buildings together while complementing and blending into the river bluff.
