Here is a primer of snow-related information to get you up to date Monday morning:

SCHOOLS
• Neither the Inver Grove Heights Schools or School District 197 announced weather-related delays Monday morning.

• St. Thomas Academy and Convent of the Visitation announced two-hour delays.

SNOW EMERGENCIES
• The City of Mendota Heights announced its snow emergency plans on Sunday. Click here for more information about snow parking guidelines and regulations in the city.

• As of Monday morning, the City of Inver Grove Heights had not announced on its website whether there would will be a snow emergency. Click here for more information about snow parking guidelines and regulations.

SNOW TOTALS
• The National Weather Service is expected to release snow totals later on Monday. But, snow measurements in the 10-inch range are not uncommon in the east metro.

TRAFFIC
• The Minnesota Department of Transportation is reporting all major routes—including highways 3, 52 and 55 and interstates 35E and 494—to be in fair driving condition, meaning the roads have been treated, but there are icy patches and packed snow.

TRANSIT
• According to the Metro Transit website, 528 buses were operating on 114 routes as of 7:30 a.m. “About 57 percent of buses are on schedule; the average delay is less than 7 minutes,” says the website. “Light rail and Northstar are on schedule. We continue to clear snow from bus shelters, rail platforms and Park & Ride lots.”

• A message on the Minnesota Valley Transit Authority website from Sunday evening says MVTA buses are operating, but some buses might be delayed until roads are plowed.

WEATHER
