The Visitation golf team secured the Class 4AA section title by 47 shots on May 30. Eighth-grader Anni Heck was a medalist, senior Katie Plunkett finished 6th and eighth-grader Joie Phelps finished 7th. The team includes seniors and co-captains Katie Plunkett and Sara Ryan, sophomore Maddie Schueppert, freshman Maddie Winges and eighth-graders Annie Heck and Joie Phelps. The varsity team is coached by Mendota Heights resident Ann Feitl. The state tournament will be held June 11 and 12 at the Sand Creek in Jordan, MN.
