This is HUGE - we may be able to sign up for community solar right now through Xcel! It is very important that we get a lot of applications, expressions of interest!  Check out > http://mncommunitysolar.com/ I hope it is available in Dakota Cty.  Please let your neighbors know - this is a big step toward clean energy and greenhouse gas emissions!
