"NOT ME!" is a sexual assault/self-defense training which was put together by former US Navy SEAL, Al Horner. "NOT ME!" works with companies such as General Mills, Thrivent, Medtronic, Piper Jaffray, M&I Bank and others to keep their employees safe. We also work with schools, churches and private groups. In doing so, we have trained
nearly 7,000 women since introducing the program.

1 in 4 women will face a sexual assault in their lifetime.
Our job is to not let you be a statistic. The primary focus of the training is prevention and awareness. We teach the “who, what, when, where and how” assaults take place. Once you know the sequence of assaults (Connect-Isolate-Attack) you can stop the sequence before it escalates to the next level. We also will explain the tactics used during assaults so you can recognize he signs sooner rather than later and get yourself safe - FAST.

We then instruct using real-life physical force; the techniques anyone can use regardless of age, size and fitness level to escape if all other prevention tactics have failed. Knowing you have faced a physical threat by our instructors during class, and realizing you have the ability to escape can be life changing.
