It is hard to find a person these days who doesn't have at least one tattoo. Males, females, teenagers—they all seem to have some kind of ink. Small stars, crosses, butterflies, tribal, oriental, in memoriam, there are so many to choose from. Then once you choose your tattoo, or design, where do you put it? Do you pick your shoulder?
